We will pre-authorize your payment for your orders upon you placed your order with us and will process the credit card charge once we shipped the order.

If an order was fulfilled incorrectly, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we will assume that there is no problem with the order. Examples of incorrectly fulfilled orders may include wrong merchandise, incorrect quantity received, or defective merchandise.

EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
For any returns, please call 908-325-6447 or E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions.
Returns (except special order or bargain sale) allowed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be in NEW condition with all tags attached—no refunds on shipping fees and HAT BOXES.
No returns will be accepted without RMA#.
Any "unauthorized returns" will be returned to customers at their expense or discarded.
Any damaged authorized returns as follows are subject to up to 100% of value deduction from refund depend on damage and condition of merchandise.
- Crushed/ bent/ twisted shape of the hat
- Stain/ dirty on the sweatband or hat
- Odor on the hat
RETURN SHIPPING COST
The customer will be responsible for all the return/exchange shipping costs unless it’s our mistake.
ABUSE OF THE RETURN POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

RETURN SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT & SHIPPING LABEL
For an incorrectly fulfilled order, we will reimburse the return shipping cost or issue a return label (domestic only). To receive a prepaid return shipping label, you will need to provide us with photos clearly showing the wrong, defective, or damaged item received. Please email us by replying to the order confirmation email.
OUR ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Most items can be shipped immediately, but some items may require up to 2 weeks. Allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery.
PLEASE indicate a date needed in our Comments box on order checkout if it is "time-sensitive" for an event. Please allow more time for custom orders and requests or during heavy traffic periods such as Easter, Mothers Day, Kentucky Derby, and Christmas.
Items ordered together may be shipped separately to get as much merchandise to you as quickly as possible.
If express delivery was selected and merchandise is in stock, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. On all online orders, an email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Express freight charge will be based on carrier¡¦s published rate. INTERNATIONAL ORDER SERVICE
We can ship most items to selected countries, and we only accept Paypal payments with matched shipping addresses for all international orders.
