F.O.B. New Jersey Warehouse. Approved credit application required for all
NET 30 and C.O.D. company check orders. All other orders shipped prepaid
by credit card : American Express, Discovery, Master Card, or
Visa are accepted. All orders are subject to shipping and
handling charges. Past due accounts are charged a 1-1/2% service charge
monthly.
MINIMUM ORDERS : No minimums, except on special orders.
DAMAGES AND RETURNS:

claims for damaged cartons and cartons shortages, must be filed with carrier
within 10 days from day you received the merchandize. All goods shortage
must be reported to Sun Yorkos Enterprise (USA) , Inc. within 10 days.
All returns must be prepaid and authorized by Sun Yorkos Enterprise (USA) ,

Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
